The peeler “speed” depend from many factors as the type of material, diameter of material, quality (good linearity etc.) of material etc.
Feed Speed infinitely variable: 0,1 - 4 m/min for stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex etc.
0,1 – 8 m/min for carbon steel
